The services offered on our website www.virtualglobal.eu are intended for COMPANIES, PARTNERS AND PROFESSIONALS who carry out a business activities and are registered with the tax authorities of their country. We do not offer services to individuals or final consumers who cannot prove their professional activity.

HIRING PROCESS

1. To contract our services you can fill out the registration form on the right or send an email to info@virtualglobal.co.ke with the following information:

2. Virtual Global Marketing will send to the client a written contract in PDF where the client can verify their billing information, the contracted services, as well as the price of the same with their corresponding taxes.

3. Together with the contract, Virtual Global Marketing will send a first invoice for acceptance of the contract and activation of the service.

4. To accept it, according to clause 4.6.1 of the general conditions of contracts, the customer will voluntarily pay the amount on the contract through the payment methods described in POINT 5, this will imply the acceptance of this contract, as well as its conditions, avoiding the need to affix any signature or stamp on the document.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement sent by the means described below.

Consequences of withdrawal: In case of withdrawal by you, Virtual Global Marketing will refund all payments received from you without any undue delay, using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction.
